Pad reviver kit mod 740650

SATURN has created this kit, which can be equipped on all the brushing machines of the family (740 - 741 – 743 - 750 - 760), to carry out the operations of resetting the pads (in military cloth, split cloth , etc.) to eliminate the chamfering grooves created to round the rib of the details.

The rotary lateral translation structure allows you to easily remove the pad material with a simple pressing movement through the tool grip handle against the pad to be cleaned.

A special tool with interchangeable plates allows the buffer to be reset to zero, bringing it back to its initial condition.

The multiple adjustments allow these processes to be performed on pads with diameters from 80 to 195 mm, with widths from 20 to 70 mm.

The structure is composed of a clamp easily applicable to the arms of the brushing machines, both on the right and on the left, which for needs can be also remain permanent if you have many machines; while the sliding block with tool can be easily inserted and positioned as needed on every brushing machine that requires this process.

The easily extractable tool holder is equipped with a special blade with 8 cuts (4 per side).

The tool holder and tools are available with different shapes and sizes, this allows the equipment not only to zero the pads, but also to generate the grooves on the pad itself.

All in safety thanks to the rigidity of the load-bearing structure and a protective anti-chip screen.
