Horizontal belt dye

The two coloring heads move independently and give the possibility of to also color the tips of belts with widths from 3 to 90 mm. The 765 Touch model equipped with support is, in most cases, used in front of belt ovens (Mod. 7003 “The Bullet”).

Through touch you can vary the speed of coloring.
When you need to color details such as belts and shoulder straps using traditional tunnel ovens for drying, LMT SATURN has designed the SL variant, which allows the insertion of painted details in a staggered manner on the belt of traditional ovens, generally more lenses, so that the pieces do not overlap.

The SLIDE head is equipped with a stepper motor which allows the entire machine to translate left and right as each detail passes. Manual or automatic movement is controlled via the touch panel with the possibility of to choose the distance and speed. The maximum stroke of 500 mm, sufficient to distribute the parts on the belts of traditional tunnel ovens.
