LMT SATURN has created this machine as an upgrade of the 205 pedal presser model.

This machine has apair of nozzles 36 x 15 mm (interchangeable with nozzles of different sizes available on request) equipped with a pneumatic gripper controlled by a pedal board.
The machine is used for the classic closing of the clips hinges, but also for the process of closing the handles or coupled details. The machine can be used in two modes: single-stroke or repetitive by intervening on the selector located in the control area.
The machine has a pressure regulator to manage the pressing force from 0 to 215 N (more than about 21 kgf) and a STEP command to adjust the rewritingfrequency in the automatic mode.
