SATURN has created this accessory, also to be mounted on all the brushing machines of the family (740 - 741 – 743 - 750 – 760), to carry out particular grinding and scrapping operations.< /p>

The structure is composed of a main block which is mounted on the rotating shaft of the machine inside the hood, and towards the bottom there is an arm that extends for approximately 300 mm which mounts an abrasive cloth with a width of 30 mm and a development of 700 mm.

Saturn offers a range of cloth rings with grain sizes for every material removal need from 80 to 400 as a type of diamond cutting.

The sealing structure is robust and equipped with high-speed thrust bearings.

A simple lateral knob allows you to correctly tighten the canvas tape, and to loosen the entire arm to make replacing the tapes simple.
